After our correction of upper and lower eyelids.

  Illustration
Before. See above. The supratarsal fold is missing in the upper eyelid. There is a dark tear trough defect just below lower eyelids.
  Illustration
After our correction. The supratarsal fold has been recreated (using a technique that we began many years ago) and the defects below filled with fat.

  Illustration
Before. Tired and old look. The excess of skin and soft tissue of the eyelids has reached the final stop: the eyelashes. The patient lifts the eyebrows to compensate for the heavy eyelids.
  Illustration
After eyelid surgery. The patient looks younger and gives an alert impression. There is no need to elevate the eyebrows.
